The Porsche crashed into a concrete lamp post and came to rest against a tree before being engulfed in flames with Walker and Rodas trapped inside. Investigators concluded that the car’s speed at the time, estimated at between 80 mph and 93 mph (or 130 kph and 150 kph), was a primary reason for the crash.
