Last updated January 11, 2020 by ZagBot Comment

From May 26th to June 2nd, 1969, John Lennon and Yoko Ono booked connected rooms 1742, 1738, 1740, and 1744 at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal to stage their Bed-in for Peace protest against the Vietnam War. During their stay, Lennon wrote and recorded a version of Give Peace a Chance. Suite 1742, now the John Lennon & Yoko Ono Suite, features pictures and memorabilia from the era and can be booked by staying guests.
