Where was Shea Stadium?

Last updated May 22, 2020 by ZagBot Comment

Shea Stadium was located in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park in Queens, New York City, on the site of what is now parking for Citi Field, the home field of the New York Mets baseball team.

Demolition of Shea Stadium started in October 2008 and the locations of its home plate, pitcher’s plate, and bases are marked in the parking lot.
