The tallest building in the city of Stockholm, Sweden, is the Kista Science Tower which has a height of 156 metres (or 511.8 feet) to the tip of its rooftop antenna.
The 32-storey three-sided modernist skyscraper, located in the Kista district, some 10 kilometers (or 6.2 miles) northwest of Stockholm city centre, houses commercial offices and is the tallest of a complex of connected buildings completed in 2003.
The Kista Science Tower was Sweden’s tallest building until 2005 when its height was surpassed by Malmö’s Turning Torso residential high-rise. Its architectural height (excluding antenna) of 123.9 metres (or 406.5 feet) make it marginally taller than Stockholm’s Innovationen, the eastern tower of the twin Norra Tornen residential towers in Hagastaden.
