The NPR member radio station in Chicago, Illinois is WBEZ which broadcasts to the Chicago metropolitan area on FM and HD Radio at 91.5 MHz, and also streams online.

The main WBEZ transmitter is located on the east tower of the John Hancock Center in Chicago, with a repeater transmitter, WBEQ, broadcasting at 90.7 MHz in Morris, and relay stations WBEK at 91.1 MHz in Kankakee, and W219CD-FM at 91.7 MHz Elgin.

The station is operated by Chicago Public Media from studios at Navy Pier in Chicago’s Near North Side area.
