Australian actor Dieter Brummer was found dead on Saturday, 24 July 2021, at his family home in Glenhaven, a northwestern suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, having committed suicide at the age of 45.
Police attended after receiving a report of concerns for the welfare of a person, and discovered his body at the property.
Brummer was most well-known for playing the character of Shane Parrish on the Australian television soap opera Home and Away from 1992 to 1996.
