There is a parking garage at MacArthur BART station just off MacArthur Boulevard in Oakland. Payment is required on weekdays from 4 am to 3 pm but parking is free on weekends and holidays. Parking is full by around 7 am on weekdays. Parking permits can be booked online in advance or the daily parking fee can be paid at the Addfare / Parking Validation machine in the station using your stall number.
