Town of Banff violation tickets can be paid by the following methods:
- Online at banff.ca by Visa or Mastercard, with the licence plate or ticket number, provided the ticket is not past due.
- By mail with a cheque or money order payable to the Town of Banff posted with the parking ticket, or the ticket number recorded on the cheque, to: Town of Banff, PO Box 1260, Banff, AB T1L 1A1.
- In person with cash, debit card, Visa, Mastercard, cheque or money order at Banff Town Hall, 110 Bear Street, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to noon and 1 to 4:30 pm.
- 24-hour drop box outside the Town Hall at 110 Bear Street, where the parking ticket can be dropped with credit card details completed on the reverse, or with a cheque or money order payable to the Town of Banff. Write the parking ticket number on cheques.
Parking tickets must be paid within 14 days to avoid late payment charges, and failure to pay will result in prosecution in the Provincial Court of Alberta. Post-dated cheques must be dated no later than the due date and mail must be postmarked on or before the due date to avoid late payment charges.
Yellow provincial violation tickets cannot be paid by these methods, only white violation tickets issued by the Town of Banff.
