City of Calgary parking tickets can be paid by the following methods:

  • Online at calgaryparking.com using a credit or debit card, parking tag number and licence plate number.
  • By mail with a cheque or money order payable to The City of Calgary, posted with the parking ticket or reminder to: The City of Calgary, PO Box 2580 Station M, Calgary, AB T2P 2W9.
  • In person with cash, debit card (no credit cards), cheque or money order at:
The City of Calgary Cashiers, 3rd Floor, Municipal Building, 800 Macleod Trail S. from 8 am to 4:30 pm
or with cash, credit card, debit card, cheque or money order at Calgary Parking Authority Head Office, 620 9th Ave SW from 8:30 am to 4 pm.
  • 24-hour drop box outside the East entrance of Calgary Municipal Building at 801 3 Street SE, can be used to deposit a cheque or money order payable to The City of Calgary, along with the parking ticket or reminder.

The lowest penalty charge is levied on tickets paid within 10 days of the parking offence. If a parking ticket remains unpaid, it will result in a violation ticket being issued and ultimately a hearing at the provincial traffic court.
