Edmonton Oilers ice hockey forward Colby Cave died, aged 25, on April 11th, 2020, at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto. He suffered a stroke after undergoing emergency surgery to remove a colloid cyst that was causing pressure on his brain, and had been placed in a medically-induced coma.
